Helmets and scooter locks come with each rental.

Services include flat tire repair, brake adjustments, rotor replacement, controllers, batteries, dashboards, motors, other electronics, charging ports, brake levers, and brake throttles. We also can assist with basic diagnostics and guidance for parts ordering. Routeine check-up services available.
FREE Diagnostics
Diagnostic services for electric scooters include battery checks vs charging ports on scooters that do not turn on. Additionally can help assess if motors are functional. Services are limited. Can help identify error code interpreations based on employee availability.

Scooter not turning on or doesn’t charge correctly. Turns on but doesn’t go, motor having issues, throttle not engaging. Error codes on the display. We can help troubleshoot and offer a quote for the cost of a repair.

Used Scooter Trade-In
We accept limited types of electric scooters as a trade-in value towards the purchase of a new scooter. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash for a trade-in. Trade-in value is usually about 20% – 25% of MSRP. See restrictions and more details.
